Day 1 of our Florida trip is in the books. Emma, Alex and I went to a Tigers spring training game today and had a blast. Unfortunately batting practice was cancelled but since we had paid extra to get in for that they told us we could get something signed by the Tiger great Al Kaline! We took that in place of the refund. The Tigers lost 4-3 to the Phillies but it was still a first for all of us to see the Tigers in Lakeland. After we got home we all went over to use the community pool since it has a very cool water slide. Plenty of fun for the first day, tomorrow it's on to Legoland!!
