2nd place in tournament for the Bulldogs

The Jr Pro season is over, and the boys finished strong.  They finished with an overall 11-2 record and took 2nd place in the season ending tournament.  They played hard, and Alex played his guts out.  He has come so far since the beginning of the season.  His defense is amazing.  Congrats, boys!!

Jr Bulldogs 2-0 in Day 1 of tournament

Today day 1 of Alex's Jr Bulldogs season ending tournament went well!  Game 1 against Laingsburg was a bit of a struggle as they played hard but couldn't make a shot!  They ended strong though and got the win.  Game 2 against Ovid Elsie(who also went undefeated during the regular season like we did) was a much better played game.  Alex played amazing defense, at one point stealing or taking the ball away from OE on 4 straight possessions!  All the boys played hard and are excited to be in the semi-finals tomorrow.

Palmer kids are 4-0 for the day!

Everyone played great today and won all their games!  Abby and Izzy played at the same time so it was kind of tough watching both of them, but luckily they weren't playing at the same exact time for some of it.  Alex played great and won both of his games.  Only 4 weeks left of basketball!

Abby Makes her first basket!

Today Abby made her first basket!  She was so excited, it was fun to see her make one in her first season playing.

Skate Night!

Tonight was the kids skate night for their school.  They had a blast, and no injuries!!

Alex and the Bulldogs finish perfect season!

The 4th grade Jr Pro team for Mason finished their season off 8-0 this afternoon.  They played hard, and even though it wasn't their best game, they beat Ionia to stay perfect.  Way to go boys!

Week 3 of Connect Basketball

Week 3 of basketball went well, started with Izzy and then Abby, and Alex later in the afternoon.  It is just so fun watching the kids out there trying hard and having fun.  They are all doing so well and making me proud for their effort and sportsmanship.  5 more weeks left!

Alex's Bulldogs go to 7-0 and week 2 of Connect basketball

Another fun day of basketball.  Abby, Izzy and Alex all played again today, and all played well!  Alex's Jr Pro Bulldogs won a nail biter to stay undefeated and get to 7-0!
