With what little snow we have the dog does still like running in it and catching it. We are supposed to get some real snow starting tonight...we will see!

A little snow at least
Not really enough snow to break out the Simplicity Sovereign with the snow blower but Izzy wanted to give it a shot. Haven't really had any fun snow so far this winter. Not enough for the kids to get out and play in, that is for sure.

The amazing every day
Sometimes I forget how amazing my life is. I have 5 wonderful kids and an amazing wife. Abby is reading to Mandy almost every night right now. Things you take for granted sometimes. Life is good.
Day trip with Olivia
Today Olivia and I went to Bridgeport to get a mower deck for the tractors. She went with me to get some hours of driving time. I of course made a little auto history detour to show her the 'Birthplace of General Motors' in Flint. This is known as Factory 1. Billy Durant bought into the Dort Carriage Co and then bought Buick which was the beginning of GM. So my Buick got to see it ancestral home! My kids love me, and the dumb crap I make them do.

I love this tree outside our bedroom window. Just looked beautiful the other morning after a snowfall.

Abby is 10!
Abby turned 10 today. We no longer have a kid in single digits! We went bowling and had Mandys parents up for dinner. My mom and dad stopped by and saw her, too. Hard to believe she is 10, but she has been such a joy!

More growing for the kids
Measured the kids today, Alex has grown the most at 4 inches(and only has 2 inches to go before he is off our measuring board!). Izzy and Abby each grew 3 inches and Olivia and Emma have stayed put.
