Olivia got her State Finals trophy in the mail today. I think it is awesome they get to have a replica of the trophy with their name on it. It was such an accomplishment!

The Tbird swap begins
Yesterday Garrett and I started getting into the Thunderbird to change it from a 4-speed auto to a 5-speed manual. We have already completed the manual transmission rebuild, and we are almost done on the engine we built up. Pretty much all that is left on that is taking everything else off the engine in the car after we pull it out. We pretty much have everything pulled, we may have the engine and transmission out of the car this week!

Finally have our Honda back!
Well, after getting in a fender bender on February 3rd, we FINALLY got our Honda back! It was a long 7 weeks being down to just two cars!

Olivia's bowling banquet
Tonight was Olivia's bowling banquet. She got quite the haul! The last time to celebrate an incredible 2021-2022 season. So proud of these girls for what they accomplished!

Izzy's Gymnastics Banquet
Tonight we had Izzy's gymnastics banquet. The coach had great things to say about her. I wish we could see her compete, but hopefully next year things will be back to 'normal' and she will get to go to a competition.

Spring Soccer Begins
Alex and I went to Dayton, OH this weekend for his first tournament with Cap City. Saturdays games were not fun weather, cold and rainy but the boys played hard. They lost their first game 0-2 and tied their second 1-1. Today's game they played well but neither team found the net. They are getting to know each other on the field and they do play hard, so hopefully there are good things to come!

A fun strike

Division 2 Bowling State Finalists!
Olivia and her Bulldogs made it to the State Finals today! It was an unreal experience, starting at 9am and them bowling all day until almost 8 tonight. They all did so well battling all day long. They kept digging and doing what they needed to do to advance. In the final game they just got edged out by Flint Kearsley, a bowling powerhouse. They represented Mason so well, and it was an amazing day. What a way to end the bowling season!
