Stop one on vacation was a battle field from the war of 1812. I thought the kids would enjoy stopping there since it was ammunitions day and they were shooting off a cannon and some muskets. However all the kids bolted when it was shooting time, so Mandy and I got to see (and feel) them fire off the period Howitzer. The concussion was impressive! Found a cool railroad bridge nearby for a couple photos, too.
