Grammy and the girls plant some flowers

Grammy and the girls got some flowers planted today in our front yard.  They look very nice and add some awesome color.  All had fun and got a little dirty.

Alex gets invited to play up a division in soccer

Alex got invited to play up a division tonight when a couple 6th graders were on a class trip.  He more than held his own and played very well with the older boys!  They 1-1 and it was a very good game.  Proud of him.

Abby graduates kindergarten!!

This afternoon Abby graduated from kindergarten.  Unbelievable.  My babies have all gone through kindergarten.  She was so brave singing in the front row!  Thank you to Steele and especially Mrs. Nash, who has had three of our kids!!  Congrats, Abby!!

Family pond cleaning

This evening we started cleaning out our pond.  It is getting overgrown by the day and we want to stay on top of it. It was fun being out there and having the kids help.  It looks a lot better and almost where I am picturing it. An after photo will be coming soon!

Tough game for Mason girls

The girls played an awesome game today, but fell 4-1 even though they were down most of the game 3 players!  They were playing their guts out and did awesome.  Was very proud they played as well as they did considering how short staffed they were.

 Below Emma totally schooled this girl and took it up against 5 Olivet players, and actually got a good shot off, the goalie barely deflecting it.

Happy 8th Birthday Izzy!

Wow, Isabelle is 8!  Time moves too quickly.  Had a great evening to celebrate her with family, and we surprised her a bit, too.  What a precious little girl, love her!

Emma plays hard against Holt

Emma played an awesome game tonight against Holt, but they fell 5-1.  She only has two games left and may be done with soccer so it is great to see her playing so well and enjoying it as much as she can.  They are now at 3-3 and hopefully they can win on Sunday!
