The boys came up just short against a very good Grand Rapids Christian team in the State Final, and just could not get on the board against them. We gave up two quick goals at the beginning of the second half, and our offense could just not mount a strong charge with a finish. They got a PK late in the second, to make the final 3-0. If you would have told me at the beginning of the year that we would finish second in the State I would have been thrilled. It's just a little tough right now knowing how close we were to a title.
