So just as were taking the Thunderbird for a victory lap I got a call that the bathroom ceiling was leaking! The drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom was leaking at a joint above the shower in the lower level. So Garrett and I got to tear apart the bathroom and we start planning a remodel!
