Emma's tractor clears the driveway in our first snow of 2020

Alex used Emma's Simplicity to help clear the driveway today. This is the first snow of 2020! Been a pretty tame winter thus far.

Skate Night!

Tonight I took Izzy and Abby to Edru for skate night. Not sure if this will be Izzy's final night or not, but the girls had fun!

January Birthday Celebration

Today we went to Jackson to celebrate the Hoffman birthdays for January. Had a good time, and Mandy even made a fire! It was a fun afternoon with family.

A good reason for sports

I think sports are very good for the kids. Tonight was a hard day for Liv, she couldn't get her ball to respond and had a hard day on the lanes, but her teammates, and especially her friend Lorelei just kept encouraging her and hung in there with her. The girls she has on her team are just awesome.

A tough sport to photograph!

Bowling is definitely a tough sport to photograph. Not a lot of light, and can pretty much only shoot from one angle, behind your subject! Oh well, Olivia did great tonight, putting up a 170 in her second game of match play. She was tearing it up!

Mason bowling tournament at Owosso

Today Olivia and the girls had a tournament in Owosso. They bowled pretty good, not their best, but good enough to beat out 4 varsity teams and finish 9th out of 13 teams. They missed qualifying by 1 spot! But they did good, even tying our varsity girls with a 178 in one of their matches!

Growth Chart

Well, the annual growth numbers are in! In order of the most growth, Alex was at 3 inches, Izzy at 2, Abby at 1.5, Olivia at a half inch, and Emma is still clocking in the same numbers as last year.
