Early Christmas and cookie decorating with Grammy

Since Grammy will be gone for Christmas we celebrated with her tonight and decorated Christmas cookies while we were at it. Fun evening!

JV girl Bulldogs win the CAAC Baker tournament!

Today Olivia and her JV girls Bulldogs won the 2019 CAAC Baker tournament! They did so well, they all played an improtant role in taking home the trophy. It was so fun to watch them today. It was also the first ever tournament win for JV girls at Mason! Fun for Olivia to be a part of history at MHS!

Today was Olivia's first JV bowling meet. She got off to a rough start, but hopefully with the first one under her belt she can shake the nerves and bowl like I know she can!  Not much time to think about it with a fundraiser tournament Sunday!

Huckleberry Railroad

Tonight was out trip to Huckleberry Railroad & Crossroads Village. We rode the train but didn't do much village time as Izzy had her gymnastics meet most of the day and we barely fir the train ride in. But we had fun and got to have a huge dinner at Cracker Barrel as we always do after the train ride!

Today Izzy competed in her first gymnastics competition and did great! She placed in both events she did, bars and beam. Love watching her do this, and how confident she is at it! Makes me nervous but she is a tough little girl!

Emma's Big Screen Debut!

I couldn't post about this in February when it happened, but Emma got the opportunity to be an extra in a Hallmark movie due to our sister-in-law owning a building in North Carolina that they shot some scenes in. So Emma, Barb and her sister got to fly down to Charlotte in a private jet, be on the movie set all day and even got to eat with the director for their lunch break. And even though Emma didn't get a lot of screen time, it was a great experience and we had a blast watching it tonight during the 'premiere' with friends.

Christmas Tree is up!

Tonight we got our Christmas Tree up!  And of course we had to watch the Grinch during the festivities. I got myself a Thunderbird ornament this year, and Roxy wanted to join in on the fun!
