Emma plays a great game against E Lansing

Emma's soccer team played a hard game against E Lansing but lost 2-0.  They are getting more aggressive and I think a win is coming soon!

Pickin' Apples at The Country Mill

After bowling and soccer in the morning we went to pick apples with some friends at the Country Mill.  Had a good time, it was a beautiful day!!!

Another fun soccer game for Alex

Alex got another goal but it wasn't quite enough as the boys were handed their first loss of the year, 2-3 against Haslett.  Still a fun game to watch and they played well. 

Tigers final game of the 2015 season, marking US Cellular Field off our list

In our quest to see every Major League ballpark, we visited U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago to see the final regular season game of 2015 for the Tigers against the White Sox.  We had a great time, Alex got a ball signed by both JD Martinez and then after the game getting the winning pitcher, Daniel Norris, to sign the ball, too!  The Tigers won 6-0, so it was a great way to end the regular season.

A cold sports Saturday

It was cold and rainy but Alex played a great game and his team beat Haslett 1-0.  

Olivia is becoming a good little bowler!  After 3 weeks her average is 63, with a high game of 87 and a high series of 231.

Another game, another two goals for Alex!

Today we beat East Lansing 3-1 and Alex got another pair of goals and some awesome saves at goalie.  He is a good soccer player, especially for this being his first time!  I love how hard he plays, he always gives it 100%.

Olivia's Simplicity mows like a champ!

Since moving into our house I needed to bring Olivia's 1967 Simplicity 616 out of retirement!  It mowed awesome!  You can even see the stripes in the yard!
