Emma ran her first 5K!!!

Emma ran her first 5k today, in the Mason State Bank 5k run.  So proud of her!  The weather was a little cold and rainy, but she did so good.  Lots of fun watching her and her friends do the run.

Happy 9th Birthday Olivia!!

Olivia is 9 years old today!!  Unbelievable.  She is getting so big.  These are a couple pictures from yesterday and today's parties.  She had to have these cups called 'snackeez' that you put a snack in the top and a drink in the bottom.  Got enough for everyone but since they were her idea she got them.  What a hit.  Happy Birthday, Olivia.  Love You!!

Olivia's First Communion

Olivia had her first communion today.  She looked so grown up and beautiful.  Thanks to all that came to support her, we had to fly home and celebrate her birthday with extended family because tomorrow on her real birthday we have a school play that Emma is in!  Photos to follow of her birthday.

Pistons game and shooting on the court!

Last night Emma, Olivia, Alex, Tim and I went to the Pistons/Celtics game.  The Pistons were down by about 18 in the third quarter and ended up coming back and winning!  The kids, especially Alex, really got into it when they were making their comeback. After the game we got to go out on the court and shoot a free throw.  I hadn't been to the Palace in about a decade and this was the kids first game. Late night, but fun.

Isabelle goes to kindergarten roundup!!

Well, it's time for another one to begin school!  Izzy had her kindergarten orientation last night.  She was so excited to go to school like her older siblings.  She was hoping to go back today!  Next fall we will have 4 kids in school.  Yikes.

Finally Last Snow Day?

Had another snow day today.  Been the winter of snow days, for sure!  Took Emma and Alex and some friends sledding.  The parking lot at the park was plowed but no sidewalks were, so we had to scale the wall of snow half the height of the van to get to the hill! 

Another Basketball Saturday

Another afternoon of basketball!  Alex and Olivia played very good games.  Both are getting better every time they play.  Both of their teams won and we had a blast watching them!
