Memorial Day Weekend

Well, Memorial Day weekend definitely was the beginning of summer for us. Saturday we had a friend of Emma's over and played in the sprinkler most of the day, and Sunday we went to Mandy's folks and spent a while at Clark Lake and the rest outside. Some of us didn't get enough sun and water at the lake so we filled up a small pool! Three day weekends with great weather are always nice.....

Nice weekend

It was a very nice (and hot) weekend. We had to do some yard work and just be outside for the heck of it. Kids had some funwith the hose. Looking forward to Memorial Day weekend, luckily nothing major being planned just a nice easy three day weekend!

Lets see, my weekend is pretty much summed up by the top two photos, spreading out about 4 cubic yards of sand to surround the kids play sets so I don't have to mow around or move them all the time. I did get a little help, but not much. We also played some softball, had friends over, and just tried to do as much outside as we could. Especially after 3 days straight of rain. Good weekend, could use a few more of those, but without all the shoveling on my end.

Mothers Day Weekend

On Saturday we went to Grand Rapids to Ryan and Barb's house to spend the day with Mandy's family. Weather wasn't great, but we made do. Sunday my folks came over for dinner and Mandy got a Mothers Day Ride from Olivia and her tractor. We spent most of the day outside since it was still cool but we had sun and no rain. Yeah!

Been a while!

OK, it has been forever since I have updated this. Here are some photos from Easter, Livy's cast & birthday, and just some general photos from the past couple of months. I'll do better at updating this again. We are looking forward to going to Mandy's brother and sister-in-law's house in Grand Rapids tomorrow to celebrate Mothers Day with Mandys family. We are all well, Izzy is walking everywhere trying to follow her brother and sisters around. More to come...
