Since we were passing by I stopped to show Alex where his tractor was made at the old Simplicity factory in Port Washington. Emma had seen it 6 years ago, but she was interested in seeing it again. All our tractors from the 1960's and 1970's were made there.

Lambeau Field
Like I said, when Emma heard we were going to Wisconsin she was all in and talked me into getting her a tour of Lambeau. We went nearly 6 years ago to a game there against the Lions and it was an incredible experience, and that's coming from a Bears fan. But we got to sit in a suite, walk out the tunnel and and stand at field level. It really is a cathedral to the game of football. Our tour guide was excellent. He has been a season ticket holder since 1959 and his father was even at the very first Packers game in 1919.
Pabst Brewery, Milwaukee
So when Emma heard we were going to Wisconsin she wanted to go so I found a cool place to stay. The Brewhouse Inn is part of the old Pabst Brewery complex in downtown Milwaukee. A very cool place. Lots of history at this place! The hotel was very interesting and they preserved a lot of the original structure to make it a very unique place to stay. We got a tour of the headquarters building, which is the only building of the complex(originally 28 buildings) that is the same from the brewery times. All others have been tore down or repurposed(like our hotel). I am glad they were able to keep that one like it was, amazing woodworking, glass and original artwork.
Ballpark #13 - American Family Field
Alex wanted to make it to a MLB ballpark this summer even though we have given up on our 'Hit every Ballpark' tour. So we found when the Cubs were playing the Brewers and went to Milwaukee. Unfortunately the Cubs got blasted 14-4 but it was fun going to a baseball game again!
Soccer on a baseball trip....
We went on a baseball trip to see the Cubs vs Brewers in Milwaukee as we hadn't been there before. But we found an awesome soccer store there and got Alex some new cleats for his summer league.

Green Acres car show
Tonight I took The 1925 Dodge Brothers into town for a car show at a retirement home. It usually gets a good amount of attention there! We were the oldest car at the show. This was the first time I got the car out this summer and it drove great.
