Alex's soccer through two weekends

Through the first two weekends and three games the boys have had a struggle. Going against mostly older boys is quite a challenge. They have yet to get a win but are playing competitively. But there are always bigger and faster boys they need to go against and are figuring out ways to deal with it. They are doing well and learning lessons on how to get better.

Bulldogs get to championship but fall in OT

The boys got to the championship game today in their tournament but fell in OT 1-2.  They palyed well and overall very proud of them for how they did!

Alex's soccer season starts

Alex's soccer team started off their season with a tournament in Midland. They opened with a 4-1 win, Alex getting his first and second goals of the season in the first half. The second game they dropped 0-1, in a heartbreaking way, as one of our defenders accidently kicked it in our own goal. We couldn't overcome the mistake but the boys played hard and looked good for only their first time out playing together! One more game tomorrow!

Olivia starts bowling season with a 369

Olivia started her bowling season with a 110, 121 and 138, making for a 369 series and 123 average. That is a great start! I'm excited to see how she does this year.

Silver Lake

We went to Silver Lake Sunday and met up with the Greathouses. It was very fun, got to do something I never have before and take a dune ride. Weather was good and we were in a beautiful place with friends, good day!
