Emma's season ending double header!

Emma's soccer season came to an end today with her playing a double header to help out another Mason soccer team.  Can't believe it was one day from June and it was in the forties!!  Emma played her guts out both games and it was fun watching her.  Now only one kid in sports......for a now.......

Kalkaska Weekend

Came up to the Kalkaska/Traverse City area this weekend to celebrate my cousins son Alec graduate from high school.  How time flies.  This afternoon we took the kids to Traverse City and had some fun at Pirates Cove with my brother and his family.  Turned out to be a very fun weekend and always nice seeing family that we haven't seen in a long time.

Opening Day for Bulldogs Baseball!

And what an Opening Day it was!  Mason beat Williamston 11-4, Alex went 2-2 with a triple and a single scoring 2 runs.  He also pitched two innings striking out 5 batters.  He pitched and played third base and catcher.  What a start to the season!

Emma's last home game

Even though she was feeling sick Emma played very hard in a close game.  They lost 3-2 but played very well.  Only two games left for her this season and this was the last home game.  She had plenty of fans rooting her on!
