Dad's Birthday 'Cake'

Celebrated my dad's birthday today, and for his 'birthday cake' we went to the Daily Scoop for ice cream!

Soccer again!

It's been a couple weekends but back to soccer!  Emma played very hard today, they were short on players so she never had a chance to sit out.  One tired girl!  But she played hard the entire time.  

A trip to Henry Ford

Took the kids to the Henry Ford today.  The kids loved seeing everything, even the little ones!  They loved the airplanes, cars and trains.  Had a great time running around with them while they discovered everything.  Even showed them Ford's 'Glass House' afterwards.

Week 7 of basketball

Week 7 of basketball is in the books!  Only one game left for the kiddos.  Alex had a good first half, then exploded in the second half with several steals and layups.  His defense keeps getting better and he is playing so well.  Olivia played awesome today, she was being an excellent point guard, getting the ball upcourt, setting picks, getting a couple shots, and her defense was amazing, with her the only girl who would play excellent help defense when picks were sent on them.  Both had great games today!

Skate Night

It was the kids school skate night at the local roller rink!  Had a blast watching them skate around.  Only a couple bruises!
