Getting and decorating the Palmer Family Christmas Tree!

Today we went and picked out and cut down our tree with my dad and brother and his family.  It was perfect weather!  We got the tree home and decorated it while watching the Grinch.  Alex is excited that we are using his train this year to go around the tree.  Starting to feel like Christmas!!

Mason Holiday Parade

Emma, Alex and friends Hannah, Jayden, Emersyn and Heather went on the parade in Mason Friday night.  It was a little chilly but we made it!  Kids had fun walking alongside and passing out candy.  Fun had by all!

Thanksgiving Day

Not many photos from today as I am feeling pretty sick.  However we still got out for our annual shooting on Turkey Day morning.  Alex did very well with the .22 rifle, getting all of his first set in the bullseye from 50 feet!  He was very excited.  We went to my brothers house for lunch and stuffed ourselves as usual.  It was a good day and the Lions even won!!!

Silver Bells

Tonight I took Emma and Alex with me to the Silver Bells in the City light parade in downtown Lansing.  I took my work float along with a friend from my office.  We had a good time even though it was FREEZING!!!

GingerBread Kids!!

While Mandy is with Emma and her friends at the waterpark, I thought it would be fun to do some decorating.  Alex did one and the girls did the other.  We had a blast and didn't completely destroy the place. :)

Emma's 11th Birthday!!

Wow.  Our baby is 11!!!  Had Emma's birthday party last night with my family and celebrated her birthday.  Our gift to her is a night at the Holiday Inn with a splash park in Dundee, Mi.  She is taking a couple of her friends for the party.  Happy Birthday Em, love you tons!!

Happy 7th Birthday Alex!!!

I cannot believe my son is 7!  Had the family over tonight to celebrate his birthday.  Only posting a couple pictures because how much Star Wars Lego stuff can you stand!!  Hehe.  He loves Legos and Star Wars, so that is pretty much what he got, and he loved all of it.  Happy Birthday Buddy!!

Cribless!!!

After 11 years and 5 kids this crib has finally served its purpose.  All five of our kids used it but Abby is now done with it so the time has come to let it rest!!
