Sledding at Papa's

Went out to my dad's this afternoon for sledding and cocoa.  No wind and the temps were good, everyone had fun.  Abbey still isn't quite sure what to make of the snow, but she did great!

Christmas Morning

While Christmas isn't about the gifts it shure is fun seeing the expressions on the faces of the kids.  Stuffed animals, r/c helicopters, ipod radios, camera for Izzy, video camera for Olivia, and a new dollhouse for Abbey were the highlights. :)

First Snow Fort of the year!

Our kids along with our neighbors made a snow fort with our first decent snow.  The girls were doing a great job going and getting the snow and using the wagon to bring it to the boys to make the fort with.  They were outside all afternoon!

School Parties with the Kids

Went to the kids school Friday to help and join in the fun with their Christmas parties.  With three seperate classromms to be at we were on the run!  Kids had fun though!

Putting up the tree

Decorated the tree Sunday night.  Alex helped set up the train and everyone hung ornaments.  We decided to go with all white lights this year, a first.  Might alternate from here on, I have to admit I don't mind the white.  Starting to feel a little more like Christmas now.

Gingerbread House and Trains

Saturday night we went to my brothers house to make gingerbread houses.  I bought a couple trains to do on the way there, so dad and Alex did one and I did the other.  Tim and Emma did the lone hose entry.
